Bookings through Fresha

Appointments are booked through Fresha. When you book, you give your details to Fresha and their privacy policy applies to that information. We receive the booking details we need to look after you, such as your name, contact details, the treatment and any notes you add.

How we use your information

• to reply to your enquiry and manage your appointments;
• to keep notes that help us provide safe treatments, such as allergies or patch test results you tell us about;
• to understand how people use our website so we can improve it.

We do not sell your personal information. We only send marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

This website may use cookies from Google to measure visits and the performance of our advertising, including when someone clicks through to book on Fresha.
